Paul Seegert

Paul C. Seegert is managing partner of PCS Advisers. Initially a trained Army Russian intelligence analyst, he transitioned to the Health Care Industry in 2007. After management roles with a national insurance company, he started independently consulting in 2011. Over the last eight years his organization has helped over 2,000 employers address rising health care costs.
